Yes — we accept most major insurance plans, including MassHealth. See our Insurances Accepted page for the full list.

Early Diversion is a community-based program for adolescents at high risk for substance use or co-occurring disorders — before any charges are filed and before court activity begins. No charges, no court: just support.

PASS (Positive Alternatives to Student Suspension) is a school partnership for non-violent school offenses. It combines clinical assessment and intervention with academic support, a school re-entry plan, and follow-up — so a suspension becomes a turning point instead of a setback. School questions: ebeers@4choices.org.

For general questions, partnerships, or anything that's not an intake: info@4choices.org or 508-455-5053.
