Choices works alongside the coalitions, agencies, and community partners working to keep Greater Worcester adolescents safe, healthy, and connected to care.

• Early Diversion Worcester — Choices operates the SAMHSA-funded Early Diversion program, one of four such awards nationally, connecting adolescents ages 12–18 with community-based care instead of the juvenile justice system.
• Worcester County District Attorney's Diversion Grant — a $50,000 grant from District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. supporting adolescent diversion services.
• Blackstone Valley Opioid Task Force — Choices is an active participant in the regional task force led by Uxbridge Police Chief Marc Montminy, reporting 963 adolescents served across Worcester County through its RIZE-funded outreach, with 83% continuing in care.
• Leominster Community Action Team (LCAT) — Choices joined this LUK, Inc. prevention coalition in 2026 and is supporting its “Not My Kid” community event on October 15, 2026.
• Encompass (Northborough/Southborough) — Choices participated in Encompass’s September 2026 annual retreat on youth substance use prevention and shared its Worcester Resource Map with coalition partners.
