Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Adolescent Clinician
CHOICES Inc. is hiring one Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to serve as an Adolescent Clinician in our Worcester clinic. Full-time or part-time options available. Responsibilities: comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adolescents ages 12–18 with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders; individualized treatment planning; individual, group, and family therapy; care coordination and case management; family engagement and collaboration with schools, hospitals, clinics, courts, and community agencies; timely clinical documentation; confidentiality and mandated reporting compliance; multidisciplinary team participation and continuing education. Qualifications: active Massachusetts LICSW license; experience with adolescents ages 12–18; substance use and co-occurring disorders experience strongly preferred.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Adolescent Clinician
CHOICES Inc. is hiring one Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to serve as an Adolescent Clinician in our Worcester clinic. Full-time or part-time options available. Master's-Level Clinicians — Groups & Outings
CHOICES Inc. is hiring master's-level clinicians to lead therapeutic groups and community outings for adolescents ages 12–18. Full-time or part-time, flexible hours, hybrid schedule available (Worcester clinic and telehealth days). What we offer: two-year licensed clinical-supervision allotment with contract; recent and upcoming graduates encouraged to apply; average 32 billable hours per week. Responsibilities: facilitate adolescent therapy groups and supervise community-based outings; safety and risk assessments; trauma-informed care for youth with substance use, mental health, or co-occurring diagnoses; documentation in SimplePractice; coordination with the clinical team and families. Qualifications: 60-credit relevant master's degree with internship (license-eligible candidates welcome); at least one year working with clients under 18 with substance use, mental health, or co-occurring diagnoses.

Volunteers — Groups, Music, Art & Trades
Share your talent with our adolescents. We're looking for volunteers to run therapeutic or enrichment groups and teach music, art, or trades — carpentry, culinary, automotive, and more — to youth ages 12–18 across our programs. Whether it's a weekly art group, guitar lessons, or a hands-on trade workshop, your time makes a difference. Requirements: a skill or craft to share and a heart for working with adolescents; satisfactory CORI background check required; reliable availability for a recurring group or workshop schedule.
